Q: How much is daily admission?

Q: What are the opening and closing dates?
A: We open around the 15th of May and closing around the 5th of October every year.
Q: Is Acqua plus the biggest water park in Crete?
A: Following the park upgrade and expansions of 2015 and 2017, Acqua plus is the biggest by far water park in Crete. A full description of the new slides, pool, and other games will be uploaded as soon they are available.
Q: What can I wear?
A: All guests entering the water must wear proper swim attire. This includes swimsuits, board shorts, swim trunks, surf shirts, bikinis, tankinis, and speedos. Attire that is not allowed includes basketball shorts, denim, t-shirts, tank tops, regular street clothing, and anything with grommets or zippers. No cotton material is allowed in the water.

Q: Can I bring in my own food or a cooler?
A: Outside food, drinks, snacks, and candy are not allowed inside the facility. There is a concession stand available to purchase delicious meals and drinks.
Q: Are there lockers available? How much are they?
A: All day use lockers are available at Acqua Shop. Prices according to size start at €3.50.
Q: What are age/height restrictions?
A: All of our games and water slides accessibility are based on height rather than age. 1m and 20cm is the minimum height to enter all slides. Shorter people can only use our children slides only. Maximum weight is the 120kg.
Q: Are there lifejackets available or can I bring my own?
A: There are children lifejackets of various sizes available for purchase at Acqua Shop.
Q: Can I bring my own shade?
A: Handheld umbrellas and umbrellas that can be secured will be permitted, however in strong winds, we will ask them to be put away until weather permits. Acqua Plus Water Park offers within the entrance price free umbrella use according to availability.
Q: Do I need to bring something to sit on?
A: There are sun beds, chairs, and benches provided within the facility which are included in the entrance price according to availability. You may bring your own small chairs but Acqua Plus water park does not assume responsibility if personal property is lost or stolen.
Q: Do I have to bring my own towel?
A: Acqua Plus water park does not provide towels to guest. Please be advised that you should bring your own.
Q: Will I need to rent a tube?
A: Inner tubes are available according to availability at no extra cost within the park.
Q: Will I need to buy a ball for the sand volleyball and football courts?
A: Yes. You can buy a ball from Acqua Shop.
Q: Are there family discounts?
A: There are not family discounts for daily admission but there are discounts available on Season passes when 4 or more are purchased in the same transaction for family members within the same household.
Q: What can I purchase at the Acqua Plus shop?
A: The Reserve sells t-shirts, bathing suits of all sizes, men’s and boy’s swim attire, goggles, hats, sunglasses, sun cream and more.
Q: Do I have to pay for parking?
A: Parking is always free at Acqua Plus water park. Acqua Plus water park is not responsible for damaged or stolen property.
Q: What do I do if the parking lot is full?
A: There is parking available on the streets near the water park. Acqua Plus water park is not responsible for damaged or stolen property.
Q: How safe is Acqua Plus water park?
A: Acqua Plus prides itself on its commitment to safety. Along with the 20+ lifeguards within the water park, our staff undergoes monthly safety trainings and works hand-in-hand with local emergency services personnel.
Q: What do I do once I get to DropZone?
A: The first thing that you should do is check-in at the front counter. You will either give your already bought voucher or buy the ticket there. A cashless bracelet will be positioned on your hand. You can then head over to Acqua shop, to purchase anything you may have forgotten such as sun cream or a locker. Once you have everything you need, find your spot and start having fun.

Q: At what age can I drop my child off at Acqua Plus water park?
A: Children must be at least 13 years of age or older to be without an adult (18 years +) chaperone within the water park. Children under 13 years of age may not be inside the facility without an adult chaperone.
Q: Do I need to supervise my child inside Acqua Plus water park?
A: The Acqua Plus water park crew is responsible for the safety of everyone within the facility and enjoys interactive supervision of children by adults to help prevent injuries and accidents.
Q: I am having trouble printing my internet tickets.

Acqua Plus Water Park offers a bus service from almost all areas.
Please note that we visit the areas of
- Georgioupoli, Rethymno and Bali every Monday, Thursday, and Saturday.
- Elounda, Agios Nikolaos and Plaka every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
- Ammoudara, Agia Pelagia, Heraklion, Karteros, Kokkini Hani, Gournes, Gouves, Analipsi, Anissaras, Hersonissos, Malia, Sissi and Milatos every day.

Q: What banking facilities are available?
Tickets may be purchased at the admission gates by cash or credit card.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Diners Club International, American Express, Maestro.
Q: Do elderly people pay?
Acqua Plus understands that sometimes elderly people want to visit the water park only to see their grand children playing or to enjoy a coffee. People above the age of 60 enjoy a 5€ (tax reasons) entrance provided they don’t use the water slides.
Q: Do i get a discount with my car rental contract?
Yes you do. Show your contract at the entrance and get a 10% discount.
Q: Where is the park located?
Acqua Plus Water Park is located 5km from Hersonissos towards Kastelli village. It is next to the Golf Club of Crete and the Labyrinth park.
It is very easy to come to the water park either by using our bus service (EXTRA CHARGE), by taxi, or if you have rented a car.
DRIVING INSTRUCTIONS
ELOUNDA/AGIOS NIKOLAOS/IERAPETRA
Leaving from Elounda or Ierapetra you will take the national road to Heraklion. After about 8km you will come to a crossroad at the entrance/exit to the city of Agios Nikolaos. Turn towards Heraklion.
Leaving from Agios Nikolaos you will go on the national road going to Heraklion, you will pass Neapoli and after a while you will come to Malia, you will continue on this main road and after about 10Min’s you will come to
Hersonissos you will pass Hersonissos and after about 1km you will reach a ramification there you will go right onto the road for Kastelli, continue 5km straight on this road and you will see the water park on right hand side of the road.
MALIA
Leaving from Malia you will go on the national road going to Heraklion. after 10Min’s you will come to Hersonissos you will pass though there and 1km after Hersonissos you will come to a ramification there you will turn right onto the road to Kastelli you will continue on this road for 5km and you will see the water park on right hand side of the road.
HERSONISSOS
Leaving Hersonissos you will follow the old or new national road in the direction going to Heraklion.1km after Hersonissos you will come to a ramification. There you will turn left onto the road to Kastelli, you will continue on this road for 5km and you will see the water park on right hand side of the road. If you are traveling using the new national road turn right towards Kastelli.
GOUVES
From Gouves you will take the road to Hersonissos. After about 10 minutes you will come to a ramification, there you will go right onto the road for Kastelli, continue on this road for 2KM and you will come to the park on right hand side of the road.
AGIA PELAGIA/HERAKLION
From Agia Pelagia you will follow the road to Heraklion.
From Heraklion you will follow the national road going to Agios Nikolaos you will continue going straight on this road for about 20KM, you will then come to a ramification on which you will go right onto the road for Kastelli you will continue on this road for about 5km and will see the water park on the right hand side of the road
RETHYMNO/BALI
From Rethymno or Bali you will go on the national road to Heraklion, continue on this road for about one hour or 30 minutes respectively, you will then come to Heraklion City. You will pass the city and continue on the national road for Agios Nikolaos, you will continue on this road for about 20KM you will then come to a junction, there you will turn right onto the road to Kastelli you will continue straight on this road for about 2km, you will then see the water park on right hand side of the road.

Q: How to I use your cashless system?
At the entrance counter of the park a bar coded bracelet will be positioned on the wrist. The bracelet carries a unique id number that allows you to buy products and services within the park without the use of cash.
At each department of the park your bracelet is scanned every time you buy something and a proper receipt is issued. At the end of your day the bracelet is removed at the exit counter and an analytical bill is issued in order to pay all the products and services you bought during your visit.
You are not allowed to remove the bracelet while inside the park. There is a penalty fee of 100€ for removing it from your hand. The bracelet is waterproof and cannot be cut easily. In case you have problems with your bracelet you need to contact the reception of the par as soon as possible.
The system is very helpful because you don’t need to have money on you. You can hire a locker and save them there.
Q: What if my belongings are stolen?
Although we take every precaution to avoid these kinds of situations, there is always the chance for your belongings to be stolen if you don’t look after them.
You can hire a locker or avoid bringing with you unnecessary expensive items.
Q: Do you have changing rooms and lockers?
Yes, changing rooms are provided complimentary.
Q: Do you have wireless Internet (Wi-Fi) at the water park?
Yes, there is complimentary wireless internet throughout the water park.
