Lockers rental

Acqua Plus offers Multi-use, key-operated lockers that can be opened and closed as often as you like. The lockers are to be found only at the Acqua shop area and there is a price according to the size of the locker.

There is a €3 refundable deposit is required for each locker key. You must return your locker key at the shop before exiting the park otherwise you will have to pay the deposit.

Acquashop

Here you can either rent a locker or buy a swimming suit, sun oil, towels, t – shirts, volley and football balls, or even cigarettes. If you love candies and snacks you come to the right place. A huge variety of accessories and toys are available and a great smile from our shop girls is waiting for you.

Banking Services

We accept all major credit and debit cards like Master card, Visa, American Express, and Maestro.

First Aid

If you begin to feel ill or find that you require medical assistance, please visit our First Aid center.

First Aid personnel is always available during normal park operating hours to offer over-the-counter medications, bandages and other quick remedies.

Front Desk Personnel are delighted to assist you with such room inquiries as:

  • Check in and check out
  • General information about the park
  • Tourist information
  • Transfer informations
  • Wi-Fi passwords

Lost and found

Have you lost something during your stay at the park?
Items found at our water park are turned in to the specific park’s Lost and Found at Guest Relations next to the front desk.

Public phone

Don’t have a phone? A Public Phone is located at the entrance to the park and operates with coins.

Parking

Self-parking at Acqua Plus Water Park is complimentary. Please note that the company, the management and staff of Acqua Plus Water Park and YDROPOLIS S.A. take no responsibility of any damages or stolen goods that may occur.

Taxi Station

There is always a Taxi waiting outside. If not our Front Desk personnel will be happy to call you one.

Wireless internet

While spending a fantastic day at Acqua Plus Water Park, be sure to make the most of our free wireless Internet access (Wi-Fi).
To access complimentary Wi-Fi, simply select the Acqua Plus Water Park network from a Wi-Fi enabled device. And enter the password provided from at all POS.

Services for Guests with Disabilities

There is a special wheel chair ramp and also toilets for disabled persons.

Diaper Room

In the women’s restroom is a special diaper table.
