During your entrance to the park a special waterproof wristband will be positioned on your hand. ATTENTION. Do not remove it. It will be removed during your exit from the park.
Each wristband carries a unique identification number which allows you to purchase products or services up to 100Euro.
The wristbands for children have a 12Euro limit.
In case you lose your wristband there is a penalty of 100Euro.
Always ask for your receipts from all departments you have purchased products or services.
On each purchase receipt the number of your wristband is written on. Please always check if the number is the same as written on your wristband.
You can hire a Locker from the shop. There is a 3Euro guarantee in case you lose the key for it.
The First Aid Room is situated on the Second (2) Level.
The Water Park provides a large number of toilettes and changing rooms.
There is a shop that sells swim wear, children pool equipment, water toys, sun creams and tobacco.
There is a Bar and a Restaurant that provide a large variety of food and drinks.
Although there is a large number of Lifeguards children must be accompanied by adults at all times.
Children that lose their parents will be delivered at the shop.
Lost And Found is gathered at the Reception of the Water Park.
For general information please ask at the Reception.
There is a Taxi station outside the main entrance to the park.
The use of sun beds and umbrellas is free.
The staff and management of the Water Park are trying hard to maintain the park clean and in good condition, please respect our effort by avoiding the opposite.
Always listen to the instructions of our lifeguards in order to avoid unnecessary accidents.
During your exit from the park you can fill in a special complain form.
